What our customers say
I really like the Remote Utilities application. It's easy to use and the free version has a lot of features that many other remote desktop utilities lack. Best of all you get 10 connections with the free version. Meaning you don't really need to buy a license. You can use remote install to build a MSI and install on a PC then remote in, handle your business, and when you're done remove the device from your 'contacts'. If you ever need to get in to the PC again, the agent is already installed. Just re-add it as a 'contact'.
What are the pros?
Free version lets you have up to 10 connections
Remote Registry
Remote CMD line
Remote Task Manager
MSI Builder and remote install capability.
What are the cons?
Sometimes connection can get a little slow, but usually corrects itself
I've seen connection drop if remote computer left idle for too long
